Argonauts Fitness – “Basic Training Seminar Series”
Are you serious about out performing your opponent on the field or court? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to do so…
Here is your opportunity to learn hands-on from the same trainers who have been training the area’s top athletes for years. Up until now we’ve been their “secret weapon”. Now we are giving out all of our secrets on how they’ve trained to dominate their competition.

The Argonauts Fitness Basic Training Seminar Series will begin October 7th and run every Friday from 3pm-5pm for 4 consecutive weeks.

How to deadlift properly and safely and without back pain.

How to bench press the right way while keeping your shoulders healthy.

The correct accessory movements to combine with the bench, squat and deadlift to develop a program that prevents imbalances, prevents injuries and strengthens common weak areas.

What sets and reps you should use with different lifts to accomplish your goals.

Why you shouldn’t be training like a bodybuilder if you’re an athlete. (This can be detrimental to your athletic career and if you follow the “muscle magazine” workouts you could be in trouble)

How to properly warm up to prevent injuries and prepare your body for a training session.

How to program your workout to allow for maximum results in minimum time. (It doesn’t take as much time in the gym as you think)

What methods you should use to maximize your recovery so you can keep progressing.

How to eat for maximum performance, recovery and progress.

Supplements that should be taken and what supplements that should be avoided at all cost.
